About the Park

After complete reconstruction, Mobile County’s Bayfront Park now boasts the largest man-made pocket beach on Mobile Bay. It is site #46 on Alabama’s Coastal Birding Trail, and a quiet, scenic spot that’s ideal for birdwatchers, families, and anyone seeking a peaceful place to enjoy nature and beach fun.

Why you should go

With a sandy pocket beach for splashing, a playground for climbing and exploring, and constant movement across the bay from birds and ships alike, Bayfront Park feels like a hidden coastal adventure that families return to again and again.
